Refund:
No refunds.
Artwork is non-refundable.

Cancellation:

Cancellations will be recorded and may invoke a higher price on future of artwork if work has begun.
Cancellations due to the artist declaring low performance, ex, artblock, will not result in a higher price on future artwork regardless of the amount of work done.
Section 0.5: Commission Queue and Handling
I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
I pick and choose commissions and they are queued in like order.
Commissions may take a few days to several weeks to complete depending on the project.
For best results on a commission, artistic freedom is required. The more restricted the description, the harder it is to work with. At the same time if I'm given too much freedom it can be difficult to nail down what you really want, try to find a happy medium.
The commissioner must have an accurate reference or accurate pictures of the character for the commission, unless they are commissioning a reference or character creation.
In that case, please provide a detailed description with supplementary images if necessary so I can get a feel for what you want--the more detailed the better!
